  The device arrived quickly and I set it up.
  Worked fine for about a week.
  
  Tonight, (April 6 2022) I was watching a show and the device started to play an audio overlay of someone who was hosting a show that shared described stories of gun use and suicide attempts. Heavily detailed. It was eerie. It played over the show I was watching. No video, just these ppl Talkin in the background. I quit all apps to main screen. And force closed all apps. And so my show stopped, but this overlay kept playing. I tried to find a possible pop up everywhere, but couldn't find anything. Ctrl Alt del doesnt work like most boxes do. I had to pull the power cord and hard reset the device to make the suicidal overlay stop!!!
  
  My kids were watching with me FFS. I WANT A REFUND. This is not acceptable for a media device. It's almost like subliminal messaging. But louder than what you're watching.
