If you experience slow network speed, please check whether the router work normally. The distance between the tv box and the router is usually advised shorter as possible.
If you experience some issues with application incompatibility, please let us know. We will soon respond and provide you with the compatible version for the app.
Please note that currently the netfx is not the tv version, and thus it does not support using the remote control for navigate, insstead it requires wireless keyboard or mouse for navigation.
Due to some TV's resolution factors, it's occasionally there may be some incompatibility issues. To better ensure whether this tv box is compatible with your TV, please consult in advance of purchase.

Apps Download

The Android tv box supports the installation of most apps, you could download the apps from the Aptoide tv, playstore, and APK pure, which come with the device.

If the compatible version could not be accessed, please contact Sidiwen, and available solution would be provided soon.

Trouble shooting: You could try fix issues by restoring factory settings through this path: home- setting- more settings- device preferences- reset
Network connection: Ensure your network is normal. Also be aware that not connecting Ethernet and WiFi at the same time, please only choose either WiFi or Ethernet for network.
Remote issue: Due to the factor of app version itself, some apps such as netfx, it does not support using the remote control for navigate, for better experience please use wireless keyboard or mouse.
Display issue: Please make sure connecting the HD cable correctly between the tv box and tv, incorrect connection might cause screen frozen or abnormal display.

The unit works very well for me - it's much faster than a tv box that I previously used. Before buying, I did review this item and some people said that the unit has a tendency to heat up. It does heat up a little but it's hasn't given me any problems so far. Is it warming up a little too much? I don't know. I don't find that it does.
My only one negative issue would be with a wireless keyboard that I use with it. On certain apps (google search for one), my keyboard cursors flickers and moves just a little side to side. Not enough to cause any problems, but it's just a little weird - maybe the box isn't quite compatible with the keyboard.
I like this tv box alot...so far (I've had it for about 3 weeks)

I’ve had this box for a while now. I’ve had two in the last year . They don’t last long and do buffer a lot and then kicks me out of whatever I’m watching and goes to main screen. Kinda frustrating but for the price it’s okay.

Pros; easy to install new things on it. I’m not very techy so being able to figure things out quickly is a plus .

This the updated review after I got a replacement power supply from the supplier.
I have learned that if you have any issues with the product itself, send a direct message to the supplier is the easiest way to address your problem. When I told them the problem, I got the replacement part in 3 days.

After I plug in the new power supply, the box booted up normally, and even comes with a little display showing time, and wifi sign. My old android box is just a light as a display and its about twice the thickness of the new box. The power cord is also pretty short, so you might need to get an extension cord for it.

You have to have certain expectation when buying this device, then again, the seller should also mentioned that in the description as well. The device is rooted, so many of the apps like Netflix will not work, but I already know that before buying it. I just want something to watch Youtube on my old LCD TV that has no SMART feature.

It's much faster compare to my old Android box which I bought in 2013, and I use WIFI instead of LAN since it's in my living room. If you have other appliances like microwave that runs at the same time, it will jam the internet signal so keep that in mind. I also set up a separate Gmail account for this box because its purely for Media Center purpose. I also got a USB mini keyboard that allows me to use the box like a computer (it has a touchpad too). I only use the remote to turn the device on and off. It's much easier to operate with the keyboard.

The box allows you to installed many of the Google apps from Play store, so it takes more work to get it right. There is a feature that allows you to Chromcast your smartphone on to it, and it shows up on TV. It's not the best solution, but that kind of allows you to watch Netflix.

Overall, it is a cheap solution to turn your old TV that uses HDMI port into a media box, and you can even play your own movies and music if you load those into MicroSD card which the box accept as well. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

When I attempt to plug the power supply into the wall socket, I noticed a rattling sound in the case. So I unscrewed the power supply cover open and noticed a small piece of soldering fell out. I won't use this unit until I got a new power supply in case of potential fire hazard.

This is a nice device, however when I downloaded my Norton Antivirus on it it does not allow me to set it up fully. When it made me register Google Play Store it is making me "Verify my Google Account" with an email I use for �鶹�� that Google does not have and I do not use with Google, I did receive an email from Google stating I had logged In with the email they have .... I believe this is not a google device but a nice device it is!! UPDATE!! 4 star to 1 star ....This unit is bugged big time! Unit reset switch is overridden and non functioning no flashing allowed ... Its good for learning purposes "without network connection" Watch your passwords with this box if connected to internet!!!!!! they will be stolen.
