I've had insomnia since I was 7 ... I'm leaning towards my late 20's before you know it early 30's..
Tried melatonin when I was young it didn't help much, switched for 10 MG from 5 and it started doing work... Eventually got sleeping pills as prescription ofcourse but decided to wean off of them as I know they are not good for the health long term

Pop one of these bad boys 30 to 45 minutes before sleeping.. even 1 hour if your as bad as me for insomnia.. and trust me .. just keep your room pitch black, a flashlight next to you incase you need to get up but nonetheless DARK room NO Light ! Combined with this. Your good to go... Say you take it at while watching a movie 9:30 turn everything off your dosing off your good to go. It does what its intended to . Solid 6.5 hours I get .
