We started buying Nestle Good Start Stage 2 for our 10 months old daughter based on other reviews saying that Nestle uses better ingredient compares to the other two popular brands - Similac and Enfamil. We had experience with the other two brands before for our older son who is now 24 months. While the other brands weren't terrible, their caps on the purchase quantity are quite annoying. Although, the price for Nestle is a bit more than Similac, we can justifying that as it's 50g more, and is still less expensive than Enfamil.
Our daughter seems to be fine with the taste although I tried a bit once and tasted a bit chemical for me. Our older son doesn't seem to like it either. This is not a bad thing for us tho as he won't steal his sister's bottle.
The biggest complaint I have is the scope that comes in the can. It's attached to a big UFO-like round disk. It's really hard to remove it from the can without making a mess. It suggests you to use the disk to level a scopeful. Why???!! If I were to level it I could just use the lip of the can. Plus the scope is narrow and deep. Almost every time you can only fill it with half scope of formula and half scope of air on the bottom.
Nestle, please get rid of that scope!!!!!
