  This may work for some, but I used it before leaving the house and it did the opposite of what I hoped. Had to cut my day out short to go home and wash it out as it irritated by scalp more than it eased anything. Didn't help with any flakes, and my scalp was red once I got it out. Wouldn't recommend for those with Psoriasis, though in fairness they never claimed it was good for that.
