  The grip and ease of use of this product is amazing. The only design flaw is the soap-dispensing button. I have owned 4 of these and the button regularly wears out after around 6 months-1 year depending on use. Since they are only 18$ it doesn't break the bank to buy a new one a few times annually.
  
  Edit: it's been 2 years and my button hasn't worn out, I took it a little easier on this one. Have to replace the heads every so often, but regularly washing them in the dishwasher has increased their life. 5 stars, great product.
