- Reviewed in Canada on February 28, 2025Disappointed that Ravensburger puzzle had a piece missing. Also, there was a lot of puzzle dust with this puzzle. Finally, not all pieces are truly unique, and they don’t lock in as securely as I expected. I recall Ravensburger puzzles to be of better quality in years past. The customer service at Ravensburger was awesome. They were quick to answer my emails and offered to replace the puzzle. 5 stars for customer service!!
