- Reviewed in Canada on December 12, 2018We ordered this on Black Friday 2018 and it came by the next Wednesday, so we've now had a few weeks to use it. While we cannot comment on durability yet, we are so far very pleased with this machine. We did read the reviews before purchasing and decided it had all of the features we wanted at a very reasonable price.
PROs: thermal carafe keeps coffee hot and won't break like the glass ones do; very easy to use; very easy to clean; love the different strength of brew options and the 1-4 cup option is clever.
CONs: I only wish the brew strength and the 1-4 cup option could be activated simultaneously. It's not a big deal, we either put in only 4 cups of water and use the "bold" strength or we use an extra tbsp of coffee with the 1-4 cup option. But I was mildly disappointed when I tried to activate them both.
