  i use this to sit in a better position when driving because of hip and knee issues. compared to the last one i bought, this one is great. it actually keeps its shape and doesn't sag like a pillow, and yet is very comfortable. would highly recommend, it is worth the money. also great for those with tailbone pain issues.
