and it was a great surprise. Sound is REALLY GOOD!
I needed multiple input options and good sound. The 2.1 audio is really good, others in the price range only offer stereo. It also neede to be compact low profile to fit easily on a desk, be portable and fit under 27" monitors.
The bass on this thing has a bit of THUMP! :)
The build quality is excellent. ....almost thought it was a Bose speaker when I took it out of the package.
Nice remote control too!
The eq presets are okay. (I haven't tried the BT app yet)
I have this connected to a computer that has the Dolby Atmos plugin though so I won't really use them anyways.
Sub out feature is nice to have for expansion too. There is upgradeable firmware on the speaker via the app as well.
It is near PERFECT....my only minor complaints are minor.
I wish it had HDMI arc in to connect to a TV (but there is optical WITH a cable included)
It is Bluetooth 5.3 - but SBC codec only. A bump up to AAC, SBC, aptx HD codecs would be a bit better.....but again minor complaints at this pricepoint. Those features take you into SONOS territory.
