This is a nice handy little tool mainly cutting circles for paper. If you know the correct way to use a compass, than you are good to go. But the majority actually doesn't know how to even use a compass.
With an interior design background, I'd handle most of the tools included scribers etc.
I was hasitant because I saw those one star review until I'd tried myself. Those reviews either due to lack of knowledge on how to use it or use it for something else other than paper.
