  Using our own recipe for gluten-free did not work with thenglutrn-free setting. Did it with regular setting and it worker beautifully.
  Using our own recipe for regular bread worked fine but using their suggested recipe worked better.
  
  You have to try different settings. When you find one that works, stick to it.
