I have always thought that Bungee cords were a great invention and useful for many things. I have several types of Bungee cords (most with metal hooks that I use for certain things) and other similar Bungee cords to these of various colours and length, but I never seem to have the length I need and end up using something else like a regular cord to tie something down. An example is my paddle board which I stand up and tie down to a post using a bungee cord that is too long. Now I can adjust to the exact length needed.
Length is about 6 inches min to 35 inches max unstretched (not counting the hooks) and can be doubled and even tripled by stretching, but you need to be careful at the longer length like any bungee cord that the hooks are well secured so that they don鈥檛 come flying to hit you (I鈥檝e experienced this in the past). I鈥檒l probably use these at a maximum of 6 feet stretched. They are slightly thinner and a little less wider than the ones I鈥檝e been using for years.
Also, I prefer bungee cords with these plastic hooks (reinforced with metal) for things that a metal hook could damage.
I will put them to the test and see how they hold up over constant use. For a box of 4, the price is a bit expensive as others will have more qty, but not adjustable. I think having these adjustable cords will come in very useful.
