This book is everything and more I anticipated after taking David's courses at one of my employers. It's better though because it's in writing. David's approach to sales is totally different than most sales books I've read. The emphasis is put on how the brain & sales interwine which makes it entertaining, relevant, and extremely tangible. The content is clearly laid out & the examples he uses carry's the point home to solidify the message. If there is a book you should read this year about sales - I'd make it this one.
