Initial set up was easy. So simple to do. Then somehow, day two or three, internet connection was lost. So I go through the troubleshooting and I follow it step by step until it says "click on internet connection" but there's no option that comes up for me to select. Then the next suggestion is to delete printer from profile but if I do that, I lose my free three months insta ink program. So I still cannot connect to my printer to print anything. It's basically a paper weight right now. Beyond frustrating! I try to power off but the power button doesn't work. HP must stand for "Heaping Pile" of crap. I almost threw this printer out the window because of how frustrated I got with trying to get it to work. Sure, I can return it and probably will. It shouldn't be this hard to get a printer to work. Also, on the HP app, I cannot delete an old printer I had last year. I have the option to delete this current printer but the options are different for the last printer. So frustrating, I do not recommend buying this printer unless you enjoy having your patience tested. I give it two stars because initially it was easy peasy to set up but that's giving it too much credit maybe
