  I recently picked up a new TV, and only after setting it up did I realize—no RCA inputs. So my trusty old Nintendo Wii (yes, I have one of the original ones) suddenly had nowhere to plug in. Thankfully, this little adapter solved the problem.
  
  The setup was pretty straightforward. Just plug the micro USB cable into the adapter for power (your TV’s USB port works just fine, or you can use an external power block), connect an HDMI cable from the adapter to your TV, and then hook up your RCA cables from the old device. That’s it—it connected right away without any issues.
  
  There’s even a little switch on it to toggle between 720p and 1080p if you need to adjust the resolution, but I didn’t need to mess with it—everything looked fine right out of the box.
  If you’ve got older gear like a VCR or a Wii that you still want to use with a newer TV, this adapter does the trick. Simple, affordable, and works exactly as it should.
