  I have a cold and it does not help with it, I ended up having to use acetaminophen. I went and searched this product online and there are many scientific articles about how the clinical trials performed was by the makers of these pills, which is why they can easily promote them as being effective. The only results analyzed by other scientists was that it seems to be effective because of placebo. While ginseng is good for the immunity, you don't have to buy this overly expensive product that is more or less effective, considering we don't know how much ginseng extract there is in here. And how many pills will you have to take for it to be effective?
