  These do work. I had lost much of my hair due to a medical condition and started using them and I grew some beautiful thick hair in a few months as I have long hair . Now my hair has started falling out again and it's very thin. So I starrted taking other methods such as collagen in a shake each day and another type of pills that were biotin. I went back to these and I've been on the for a month and noticed small hairs sprouting up again so I'm really counting on this but it worked before and the proof is there. Try it and they taste really great
