  Lots of room. Very easy to use and precise digital controls. Very good uniform cooking as the wire mesh racks allow the food to just cook period-no need to "flip" things. Like the light you can turn on to see the food. Auto cooking like "fish" is set at 380˚F (which is what most fish recipes uses...) So far am very happy with this-upsized from the 3.6 qt one. Have not used the rotisserie yet but plan to soon (roast chicken)-NB don't forget to watch a video on how to truss a chicken and put it on the spit.
