  I bought this pumpkin seed oil to introduce it into my baby’s diet as part of her BLW (baby-led weaning) journey. I’m trying to include a variety of healthy foods before she turns one, and my nutritionist recommended pumpkin seed oil for its great benefits for a baby’s digestive system.
