  I’m not sure yet if these work or not, I will continue to take them and update later after I’ve used for a while. They have an interesting chew texture though like they’re kind of a bit harder to chew than other gummy vitamins I’ve had before, bit more tough. The taste is alright, not like exploding flavours but they still taste good for a gummy vitamin.
