- Reviewed in Canada on February 13, 2022I really am enjoying the product and it offers great support on the arms. The memory foam pops back into shape very quickly and you can actually feel a bit of a cooling from the cooling gel. The reason I gave four stars is the straps you used to mount it. It has anti-slip on the bottom but, if I secure the straps to tight it looks and feels like they鈥檙e going to tear. I had to leave them a little loose as I was concerned about them tearing off the armrest. The straps have rough sides on both side of the straps so when I reach out be on my chair sometimes my T-shirt gets caught on the Velcro. Sometimes when I raise my arm from inside the chair my shirt also gets stuck on the Velcro. So I love the armrest part and I鈥檓 aware that the straps are built that way so it鈥檚 useable and many different chairs but I believe there should be a smooth side because my arms shouldn鈥檛 be catching on it every time I move them beyond the chair. So because I鈥檝e attached them this way the anti-slide doesn鈥檛 really work and I鈥檓 constantly moving them around. It would鈥檝e been nice if one side of the Velcro is smooth so it isn鈥檛 catching your clothing. So while the product is very comfortable I鈥檓 not sure I would purchase it again because of the strap system. I鈥檓 also concerned about it actually damaging the arms of my chair because it does move very much. If I was sure they wouldn鈥檛 tear if I tightened them right up I would and at that point they will obviously not move very much but I鈥檓 not sure how long the last before the strap tears off.
