  The ELF Perfect Finish HD Powder is definitely worth picking up. For how affordable this powder is, it is an amazing product. I found that it applied very easily. The powder is finely milled and did a great job of setting my makeup. It didn’t crease my foundation or concealer at all, no matter what kind I used. I used this powder with a variety of foundation finishes and found that it worked well with all of them.
  
  The only negative thing I have to say about the ELF Perfect Finish HD Powder is that it didn’t blur out imperfections in my skin as much as the Too Faced powder does. That said, this is a wonderful powder for the price and a must-have for any beauty lover looking for quality items on a budget.
