I purchased one of these meters about 20 years ago. I recently had some problem with the impeller which stopped spinning freely, probably as a result of dust in the bearing. I was delighted to find that Extech still offers the same instrument with the same model number. I checked with the company by email and within a few hours they replied and gave me a part number for a package of 2 replacement impellers (Extech 45116, available on 鶹). It is a 1 minute job to change the impeller - remove a screw, twist the impeller a few degrees, and it drops out of the housing.
