I'm 64 yrs. old..Six major abdominal surgeries, bulged disks in my back, & a severe 24/7 Sciatic issue..and I'm still trying to get back to work..lol..Never give up!..I go to the Chiropractors twice a week which helps with the pain for a few hours. I'm doing physio exercises 4-5 times a week at home to strengthen my back with very little results. So as a last resort I bought this inversion table..I'm telling you my issues, not for pity, or to complain, but to let those with similar or other multiple health problems know there maybe some relief for them. I had to start at only 15 degrees the first few days and slowly worked up to the 45 degree slant over a two week period. On a good day I can even do 60 degrees..When I finally can do 85 degrees, I'll feel like gran-pa from the Munsters.lol..I can honestly say that after using this table for 5-10 minutes twice a day, I get a reprieve for a few hours from the worst of pain. I truly wish I had bought this years ago. My only issue with this table is the pull release that holds your feet. It works fine, except I have to bend to pull up the release that holds my ankles..Problem was easily solved by attaching a thin piece of rope to the release that I hold in my hand and then just pull upwards when I'm done..I was amazed by the quality and the structural strength of the product. When the product arrived, I was surprised by how little I paid for what I got..Assembly took me a while due to my back, but overall it's quite easy to assemble if you read the instructions. Without hesitation I give this product 5 stars.. Lastly, not all health issues are the same, so I do recommend you first talk to your doctor and any other health care professional you maybe dealing with before using this product..For the price, and the relief I get, it is the best money I ever spent.
