I recieved mine in the mail today. Opened one of the boxes with the light stand in it. The top was cracked and broken, making it not stay fully adjusted, can not stay up to its full adjustable height. Noticed on the second light stand, top is also cracked, I don't give it much time till it fully breaks off. One of the bars for the background stand is missing a piece and can't be hooked into the other poles. So now the background has to be shorter and can't go to its full length. No instructions are included, that didn't bother me, it's not a hard set up. Hardest part of the set up was finding my own tools, materials around the house to make sure this whole "studio" didn't fall apart once it was made. The backdrops are very thin and the light bulbs aren't bright. And if you looked close at everything that you ordered, you see cracks, dents etc. I know it's not due to the shipping companies, all the products boxes were in perfect shape inside the main big box, unlike the products inside the perfect boxes. I read the reviews on this product, people's thoughts were mixed. I've never been the type of person to listen to other people's reviews, I regret that now. Overall it's a very cheap product, not well made at all and defiantly not worth the price. I'll stick to professional photography stores for all my needs from now on.
