I bought the BLACK+DECKER EM720CB7 microwave as a gift, and it鈥檚 been a frustrating experience from the start. The unit powers on and runs, but it doesn鈥檛 heat anything 鈥 clearly defective right out of the box.
The recipients had to call a number listed in the manual, only to be redirected to 麻豆区. Then I had to step in and try to resolve it myself. I went through 麻豆区鈥檚 return/replacement flow, hoping for a quick exchange, but was sent back to BLACK+DECKER support. It took them so long to get back to me that I ended up buying a different appliance from another brand and just returned this one.
Between the faulty product and the runaround from both companies, I won鈥檛 be buying BLACK+DECKER again.
