  The socks are the best part of this package. Slather some lotion on, put the socks on and chill for a bit. Don't walk around, take a break!
  The gloves are pretty big. I don't have small hands and they're large on me.
  They do work, so if you can be patient and just relax while they moisturize, you're golden.
