  This album was sold as new, but it was not. It was repackaged and the label Guardians of the Galaxy that was on the plastic was falling off. The vinyl was dirty with white dust, but it was not damage so I've cleaned it with alcohol and distilled water. Anyway, once clean it was OK and the condition was mint however this should have been sold as a used item or open box. Very good album and it sound fabulous and excellent choice of song, better than vol II IMHO. One thing also don't buy this album in a picture disk format the sound on the black vinyl is so much better
