  This is an awesome product. I would give it a 4.8 for the simple reason that the plastic chains are not that tough. You just need to be careful and make sure not to set your rod tension so you are not pulling too hard on those chains. Other than that, the system is amazing. I used 2" x 6'6" ABS pipes but would recommend going with a more rigid pipe if going any wider as it tends to sag. The system itself is brilliant, easy to install and use! Such a space saver for me in my small studio. Love it!
