Great alternative to Metamucil. I can handle 鈥榟ealthy鈥 tasting drinks, so I have no problem downing 3 tbsp in a cup of water. I prioritize fibre in my diet to help balance my blood sugars, help me feel satiated, and all other health benefits. I think the description that a few others have shared that it tastes like a 鈥渕ild cream of wheat鈥 is very accurate. I think putting in a smoothie or oatmeal would mask it!
