  No extra tubes to run from pool to heater, set it up and instantly got an error code. The code said water flow issue however water was flowing perfectly through it. The instructions stated to take apart the machine - nope!! Didn’t work. The return was a fairly easy process however in the return instructions it said they would reimburse the shipping cost ( which was 180.00) but have gotten nothing back, no response from them since reimbursing the cost of the machine even though I supplied the shipping receipt as they instructed.
