  Bought this to avoid the dreaded pull start on the old gas saw - husband had had both rotator cuffs rebuild. Unfortunately, the chain kept flying off and despite watching the company YouTube videos and going through the book over and over...these two middle aged seasoned wood cutters - who have hundreds of chords of wood behind us using several saws over the decades....just don't feel safe even trying anymore. So I am not contacting customer service because we will never use it with confidence now anyway. It is also leaking oil constantly. Hopefully this is just a dud. I read so many good reviews I almost had my husband convinced this was the way to go.
