This is the second deep fryer we’ve owned and Cuisinart has really improved the model. Lighter in weight, heats up quicker and with no screen to clean it makes clean-up a breeze. Did our first fish fry in the new machine and it was perfect and the fries cooked quickly and crispier while still soft inside.
