  Having struggled with seasonal health challenges, I decided to try these Shilajit capsules based on their mineral content. So far I've noticed a significant boost in my immune response. I feel more resilient and balanced overall. The capsules contain high-quality Himalayan Shilajit with fulvic acid that seems more effective than other supplements I've tried. The capsule form is much more convenient than the messy resin alternatives I've tried and the 60-count bottle provides excellent value since it’s one capsule daily. Customer service was responsive when I had questions about the sourcing—a big plus!
