  This has become a very useful tool in my kitchen to expedite a lot of vegetable prep. I found it to have a sharp blade, easy to learn/use adjustable knobs to allow for various needs, the rubber feet that help keep things stabilised for more control, and appreciate the safety guard gripper to keep my hands safe while allowing me to apply a bit more sustained pressure. It seems pretty durable, and was easy to clean.
