It showed up with a fancy Dell keyboard and mouse this time but was missing the wifi adapter which wasn't big deal for me as I use Ethernet. What was disappointing though was that the ad title says "M.2-NVMe" drive and this one had a SSD. Not a huge deal but I chose this specific unit over another unit because of the M.2-NVMe. Another weird thing was that even know I just reordered the second unit using the exact same listing the seller turned out to be different than the first order. 1st order was TecnoCanada and 2nd was RenewedIT. Found out the hard way by calling the wrong seller initially. When I finally contacted the correct seller "RenewedIT" they said they would ship me the M.2-NVMe drive right away, which was nice. Thanks Mike!
Comes in a box that says fragile, do not drop so amazon shipped it with another box inside a bigger box with no warnings on it. Of course they handled it like any other box lol. Fortunately this model has a solid state drive and the packing is actually very good so no damage to the unit. New "Novin" keyboard and mouse it came with work good but the keyboard has strong toxic plastic smell. The computer boots up and runs great. I also removed all the MS bloatware and fine tuned the settings. Lots of videos on Utube if you need guidance on this. So far love it!
