  I tried a lot of oat milks this year, and a lot of them were sort of slimy because of the added gum. They were trying to pretend to make it creamy. This Barista Oat blend uses more oils and no gum, so it's got a nice creamy taste without any of the slime. It's good in cereal without feeling way too starchy.
  It's easy enough to shake up by hand if you just want some moderately-foamed milk in your tea or coffee. The flavour is very nice, too, probably the most similar to milk that I've tried.
  It's expensive, but everything else about it is great.
