  Excellent product, I got it several months ago. No aftertaste like in skim milk powder and it can easily be altered to desired thickness. Though don't try and whip it, I tried, but no luck. The ratio I use is 1tbsp per 250ml for 2%, 2tbsp per 250ml for whole and 18tbsp per 250ml for heavy cream.
