Negative first cause there's only 1. I wish you could clip it in more omni directionally. because it's square you can only attach it from 4 angles.
Positives. it's just a press in lock meaning: to attach and lock whatever you use this for into place, you simply line it up (which you get used to over time) and drop it in. meaning you can do it with one hand. other systems i've tried you need two hands to lock it in place and or you can only lock it in from one angle.
it's sturdy and feels like it actually holds the advertised weight and forces you might put on it under normal and special use circumstances like mine using it as a quick release for gimbal and accessories (including when about a 5-6lb set up is attached
