  Nice to have the triple tier stand to help unit dry between uses - but should have an extra space/tier to allow for a second user's own nose pieces. The worst thing is that the instructions want you to rinse the main housing unit, but without getting the bottom area (where the battery is) wet. Not easy to do. Also, would be nice if the other parts were dishwasher safe as that should make it more 'sterile'.
  
  Otherwise, the unit works well. First try was not easy - read the instructions carefully and remember, if you take your finger off the button, the unit will stop in case you need to re-adjust. The 'pullback' and keeping level are the 2 things you really need to pay attention to. Then, it will work well without having water go down the back of your throat.
