Not sure what is happening with dewalt but products seems to be defective or will be after short use.
Bought this tripod. During first use the teeth on the gear to raises an lower head has striped due to it being cheap plastic.
I have seen other reviews of this same issue.
Don't by! My window is closed to return this garbage.
