Installation was a breeze—everything I needed (rubber bushings, Teflon tape) came in the package, and I didn’t even need tools since the fittings were hand-tight. The whole setup took less than 30 minutes! I love the adjustable water pressure and the convenience of the handheld sprayer, which is more versatile than a fixed bidet.
The packaging was secure, with foam protection, and included extra washers, screws, and a clear manual. However, the hose length may be too short for some setups, and unfortunately, I experienced a major leak after minimal use (in a guest bathroom with the water left on), which caused significant damage. While the build seems solid externally, the internal components may have durability issues.
