This bidet feels "premium". I was originally expecting a chrome-plated plastic nozzle but this one was stainless steel. Everything including the t-valve seems to be of good quality so you should be able to get a lot of service years from it. Everything you need is included in the package except tools like a drill, drill-bit and correct-sized wrench. However, for me, I did not have to use tools for installation. Every fitting on my water closet was just hand-tight. Adding the appropriate rubber bushings and Teflon tape (included) for the threads ensures leak-free installation. Overall time spent to install was less than 10 minutes. I opted to use the hanger instead of screwing it to the wall. Operation is easy and leak-free.
