Customer Review

I was wondering why this machine was $100 cheaper than all the others that were all-in-one, and now I know why. The drain pump is not near strong enough to be useful. That's why I took 1 star off. The manual says it can pump up to 100cm (little over 3') but that's not true. When I tested my machine, the pump was only able to get the water up about 14 inches or 35 cm. I don't have the luxury of putting this in our bathroom so I am going to have to use a 30 liter tub to drain into. What I also did was elevate the washer up by 16". Until I can build a proper wooden box, I just cut down the shipping box and used that instead for now and it worked fine.

Everything else about the machine was perfect. It came undamaged. It didn't leak at all and surprisingly, the faucet adapter it came with fit my tap perfectly! I guess being in a really old house paid off for once, lol. It did a test wash perfectly and it wasn't that noisy at all. I was impressed how the spin cycle starts and stops several times at first, just to make sure the load even outs better. I ran an extra spin cycle at the end and the clothes are 95% dry right out of the machine. The only other complaint I have is that the manual is pretty much useless. At least on how to operate it. It's very poorly written, but thankfully, the charts on the front and the LED display are pretty easy to figure out. I'm an engineer though... so YMMV.
