Q1: Why is there water in the washing machine when just received?
A1: It is normal to come with a little bit of water. Because each machine needs to undergo a leak test before leaving the factory, although the vacuum cleaner will absorb water after the test, there may still be some residual water.
Q2: How to drain water? Can the hose be placed in the bathtub for drainage?
A2: The drainage hose sits at the bottom of washing machine, 29 inch long, it needs to be connected to the floor drain for drainage. It is not recommended to extend the drainage pipe into the bathtub or drain it from a drainage pipe that is much higher than the ground. Otherwise, the washing machine must be elevated.

It works okay but it's a neusance. Because I'm using it with a sink focet, I pretty much have to stay beside it to turn on the focet whenever it needs more water which is like 3× a load. I liked the auto function of draining without having to switch settings but I'm debating on returning. I upgraded from a twin tub portable washer/spin dryer that I would just put in my bathtub to do laundry. I went out and bought a pedestal for this so it doesn't have to sit in the tub, and thought all the auto functions would be great and less for me to do. Set it go about my day sort of thing... But I have to turn the tap on every time it needs water (and it doesn't tell you or beep or anything when it needs water) so I'm constantly sitting beside it waiting to turn the tap on and off.

The washer seems good at first. Bought a cart with wheels to put it on. And if your living in an apartment you need to buy or build a stand to put it on to drain into your tub. The pump isn't powerful enough to drain anything above a few inches above the drain hose port which is located on the bottom of the washer. Its heavy so lifting it in and out of your tub each time isn't an option.
Its not fully automatic. You have to manually turn on and off your water tap or you'll have a big leak under the sink.
The washer itself leaks horrible when it drains or spins. The description says it was checked for leaks and when it arrived there was water in the machine. They clearly knew about this leak as when I took off the back cover on the washer I found where the leak was coming from and the manufacturer taped a piece of material like felt onto the hose to "repair" the leak. It leaked over 2L of water in one 45 minute wash cycle.
The hose it came with to hook up the water also leaks badly. The hose leak isn't fixed by adding an additional washer or tightening it. It's the connection seal the manufacturer put on. Had to buy a new hose completely.
It doesn't dry the clothes at all. They are slightly dryer than coming out of a normal washer. Don't let the description fool you. It does not dry the clothes. You'll have to use a dryer or hang them on a drying rack. Plus everything was so wrinkled you'll either have to dry in a dryer or iron the clothes to get out the wrinkles.
Finally it is not effective on pet hair what so ever.
