  I’m really impressed with these muffin tins. Everything bakes really evenly. TIP: I always use avocado oil to make sure nothing sticks in all my baking pans, and always use a small soft silicone skinny spatula to help remove muffins and prevent scratches on the tins. Works beautifully. These will last for many years.
