Cooked fresh turkey breast to perfection

Haven’t jumped on the air fryer bandwagon as I was waiting for a glass product. The very first thing I tried was a 2.5 lb fresh turkey breast. Took about 60 min and I flipped it and had a thermometer but boy was it good. Very pleased with how it cooked. Easy to clean the product and look forward to using again
