- Reviewed in Canada on May 28, 2024The focus ring is well dampened but the markings are off. The aperture ring is clicked and feels responsive and premium. Image quality is quite good when you get the focus right but the coatings make it prone to flaring and chromatic aberration in harsh sunlight. The all metal build makes its build quality and feel on par with my more expensive Sony and Sigma lenses. Using this lens is a completely different experience in comparison to autofocus lenses I typically use and its construction makes its handling very intuitive and easy. Overall, for the $85 CAD I spent, it is well worth the money overall.
