  I don't usually write reviews but I just took the first capsule 45 mins ago and I've never felt such fast, heavy relaxation from a supplement, let alone something like magnesium. I'm sure there'll be a tolerance aspect to the glycine or something, but it's easy to tell out the gate this stuff is the real deal.
  
  And reading the ingredients they're really clean. Just chelated magnesium and fiber. Whoever made this supplement is in the game themselves which I appreciate.
